Automatic vacuum and pressure high performance thermoforming machine with separate stations for thermoforming, die-cutting and vertical stacking of the final product in a conveyor belt.

Operation

The thermoforming machine is fed from a plastic roll. The film is heated in the heating module until it reaches the appropriate temperature depending on the type of plastic and then goes to the moulding station, cutting and finally, the pieces finishes in the vertical stacking station.

Termoformadoras de proceso continuo alimentadas a partir de una bobina de material con estaciones separadas de moldeo, corte y apilado de las piezas. Están diseñadas para la producción de grandes series de cualquier tipo de piezas.El moldeo de la pieza se realiza mediante una combinación de vacío y presión de aire que permite reducir el tiempo de moldeo y consecuentemente aumentar el ciclo de trabajo. La gama TVP64 y TVP67 se caracteriza por el accionamiento de las estaciones mediante servo-motores, lo que garantiza su perfecta sincronización y le permiten alcanzar velocidades de trabajo de hasta 40 ciclos por minuto.

Funcionamiento

La termoformadora se alimenta a partir de una bobina de plástico introducida en la máquina mediante dos cadenas de pinchos que la recorren longitudinalmente. La lámina es calentada en el módulo calefactor hasta que alcanza la temperatura adecuada en función del tipo de plástico y a continuación pasa a la estación de moldeo donde la pieza es termoformada.

Una vez formada, la lámina avanza hasta la estación de corte por troquel de fleje donde cada pieza formada es recortada individualmente. Finalmente, las piezas son depositadas sobre una cinta transportadora en la estación vertical de apilado. Completado el ciclo de piezas apiladas que deseemos, la cinta transportadora avanza un paso entregando las piezas al operador.

El retal sobrante es bobinado a final de máquina para su posterior manipulación.
